I'm a slacker

No seriously,I'm trying to live healthier and I'm making tiny little steps like drinking green smoothies almost every day and taking my vitamins and Iron(I'm severe anemic so finally I'm better at it).
But I'm seriously slacking in exercise tough.
Jogging never was my thing,something about size d breasts hitting you in the face just doesn't sound like fun with me.
And even with sports bra's my back starts hurting like crazy after a while.
Ok,I'm not trying to make excuses for my lack of motivation but I'm trying to get 20-30 min. of some kind of exercise in daily.
Be it walking or dancing,I just have to stick with it right?
I'll take a walk today,drink my smoothie and try to eat something semi-healthy.
Sounds like a plan to me let's stick with it !
BTW this is not easy if my dear husbands keeps using my ice cubes for smoothies for margarita night with his friends lol.
I'm just saying... I'm obviously working under difficult circumstances here.

New Online Shop!!

Well a friend of mine started a Online Boutique a few months ago and she has the cutest dresses and shirts for sale.
Now I've been eyeing this adorable Coral Mini Dress prized at 31$ for the longest time now but I hesitated to buy it for whatever reason.
Eventually the dress sold out and around that time I decided that I got to have it,yes I'm terrible.
Sadly she just told me that she won't be getting it in stock anymore and I was pretty upset.
But smart girl I'am I looked on Google for more similar dresses and guess what.
I found the exact SAME dress at blufly.com only problem it's 67.99$ and that's the already reduced price.The retail value is 150$!!
I guess next time I'll know better and order right away from her.
I guess that proves that big department stores don't always mean better.

Here we go again???

Ok I decided to give weight loss another chance again.

I'm not getting younger and the pounds are slowly creeping up on me... OK kinda fast since I moved stateside.



After participating in a health/fitness challenge for six weeks and loosing 7 pounds in the progress I thought blogging about my journey could help me.

I'm not really a dieter I love food to much and quite honestly I'm too much of a procrastinator to move my behind to the gym on the regular.

However this challenge was different,all I had to do was get some kind of exercises in for 30 min. a day,six days a week and make sure I got 5 servings of veggies/fruits a day.

Needless to say I failed b/c my eating habits are kinda screwed up... a snack here,a bite there,no time or commitment to sit down and have a real meal.

But still the little changes I made made such a huge difference and left me hungry for more,pun intended.

Instead 5 servings I'll aim for 3 servings daily,my mixer will be my best friend I'm sure.

My exercise will be mainly walking and dancing maybe a few crunches here and there.

I'll try to keep this light b/c I think that's why even tough I failed I succeeded b/c it felt so easy and I kept on going.
